The use of auto responders is for those of you who are receiving several emails a day, the auto responder automatically sends a response, on your behalf. The auto responder is set up by you and it also counts the emails it responds to, which also help build your mailing list.
There are several tools available for building your mailing list, in addition to your auto responder, most auto responders are of some kind of software, sometimes it can cost you and other times the auto responders can – initially be given away to be free to so many of your clients or prospects to use to build their mailing list, and to market their offers through the email lists – that you ultimately receive through the use of an auto responder.
Additionally an auto responder is good if you are not going to be able to answer emails right away, a certain message can be sent via the auto responder. This will also help build your mailing list, simply due to the fact that you are not missing out of clients or prospects. However, keep in mind that sending a lot of emails to people that you haven’t received – from some type of opt in resource is considered illegal and you need to keep this in mind when sending out a lot of emails.
When you do send out the emails, and – the responses start to come back, don’t rely completely on auto responders, answer as many of the emails you can personally, and give them some kind of free incentive, this will also help to build your list, offer them a credit of some kind for referring another person or something along those lines.
There are several means to list building, email marketing, and the autoresponders, these are all legitimate tools to help you with your marketing plan or promoting your web site that has products or information that others might want to see and get in on, but you won’t know until you start the process going, and offering some kind of incentive, that will get the prospects to become clients, and help you build a mailing list at the same time. Auto responders aid in many ways, but don’t let them do the job completely.
